The Sidecar (External Liquid Cooling Support Cabinet for Enclosures) 250kW is a liquid cooling thermal management system specifically designed for high-density AI servers and data centers, such as the NVIDIA GB200 platform. Its main specifications and features are as follows:
Cooling Performance: It can provide up to 250 kW of liquid cooling capacity, making it suitable for edge computing and high-end computing nodes with extremely high single-unit power consumption.
Equipment structure: Most models feature an external, rack-mounted design (Sidecar) with a separate cooling fluid distribution unit (CDU) and a cooling fluid distribution manifold (CDM). The standard models are 4U in size, which does not occupy valuable server installation space. This allows for direct heat exchange and cooling of high-heat-generating components (water-cooled plates) within the rack.
Coolant temperature: Supports high-temperature water ingress (up to 45°C), enhancing the overall energy efficiency of data centers.
